Mark as Useful These people are just scammers do not give any personal information over the phone to these people, there a debt collector trying to get you to settle with a company over the phone to get your name,ss number,bank info etc, don't fall for this, you have already given the info contact your local law enforcement or local FBI office.
They can not serve papers over the phone or will they even attempt to serve papers its a scam to fall for there tactics
